Jermaine Wright, commonly called Marlow, sat on Delaware's death row for nearly 25 years as an innocent man until he was finally released on September 12, 2016. During his time on death row, he witnessed 16 other men on Delaware's death row, who he had come to know very well and often had considered very close friends, make their final walk to the death chamber to their execution. Click on the video link above to see Marlow share his story on a panel with two other exonerees, recorded in 2020 for the Asheville County Public Library. My sister Suzanne Moore is the host of this program and I serve as the moderator.
